Are all the products displayed on the online store available?
Yes, all the products displayed on the site are available in our warehouses and ready for immediate delivery. If a product is displayed and it turns out that it is not available in the warehouses or does not match the specifications desired by the buyer, which may take more time, and some products require us to provide them longer, and their delivery periods vary according to the type of product.
What is the order method?
After creating an account in the store, the first step to start a new order is to choose your favorite products and add them to the cart by clicking on the “Add to Cart” option. To browse the selected products, click on the “Shopping Cart” image to show you a list of the selected products and their number. Choose “Complete Shopping” to complete the product selection process. To finish the purchase process, click on “Payment” after which complete your data either by logging in or by creating a new account. After filling in the data in detail and approving the order, you will receive a message with your order number on the email registered in the order.
How can I confirm that my order is complete?
You will receive a message on the email registered in the order "Check junk messages" once it reaches you, which means that your order has been completed correctly.
How long does it take to prepare the order?
The order takes a maximum of 48 working hours from the time of confirmation, noting that some orders may take longer than usual depending on the availability of the product in our warehouse, in which case the customer will be informed of the delay in preparing their order.
What are the available payment methods?
Cash on delivery and payment by credit cards are available.
How is the order delivered?
After the order is prepared with all care and attention, your shipment is sent via express shipping companies or delivery representatives, and in all cases the representative contacts the customer to verify the address details registered with him.

How can I get reward points? :
Once you register, you will start getting points from every purchase you make with us, or by adding a rating for the product you previously purchased.
When will I be able to see the points I have earned?
As for the points you get for purchases, you will get them once the order is completed and received.
Why should I register to receive reward points?
As part of the registration process, you will enter your contact details so that we can provide you with rewards. Please note that registering your details requires a valid email address.
How can I use the reward points I have previously earned?
You can use the loyalty points you have earned to earn discounts of up to 20% on the value of the next order, as every 100 points equals a credit of one Jordanian dinar that can be deducted from your next order.
Do I have to redeem the points immediately?
No, of course you can keep your points. They are valid for 12 months from the date of receiving them.
Who can I contact if I believe my points balance is incorrect?
Please note that your points balance in your account accurately reflects your transactions. If you think that the total number of points is incorrect, you can contact us through the channels available on the Contact Us page
When do points expire?
The earned reward points are valid for 12 months from the date you received them, so you must hurry up and request before a full calendar year has passed on your points to be able to use them.
How can I know the expiration date of my points?
When you open your personal page and click on the reward points button, a table will appear with all the movements you made that earned points with the date on which you earned these points. These points will remain valid for use until the same day you received them next year.
